How will the city accept Bass as their new savior?
Unexpectedly, and on live television, Mega Man steps in to fight against an alien invasion and ends up critically damaged. Antagonist Dr. Wily should be thrilled. But with the blue bomber out of commission, the evil scientist finds himself facing the very real possibility that he might lose domination of the planet to these new invaders.
With no other option, Wily is forced to unleash Bass on the attackers, and, in all irony, save the very world he is trying to conquer...
But will Bass put up with being a hero?
