When the opportunity presents itself to get rid of Mega Man forever, Dr. Wily doesn’t hesitate. As quickly as possible he sends the blue bomber on a one-way trip into outer space, never to be seen from again. Then, with his biggest obstacle out of the way, he turns his efforts to world conquest. The people can’t counter; the land is in an uproar.
Unknown to Dr. Wily, Mega Man actually manages to avoid his predetermined fate and instead crash-lands some distance away. But when he wakes up he can remember nothing. Suddenly the fate of the entire land is resting on one simple question:
How can Mega Man stop Dr. Wily when he can’t even remember he’s Mega Man?
