Use the form below to select the weapons/items you wish to begin your game with,
then press the Generate button to open a new window with your password.
NOTES:
To go directly to the mid-game Wily fortress level, select the first
four weapons in the list (and nothing else).
To go directly to the final Wily fortress level, select all the
weapons in the list.
If any of the last four weapons in the above form are selected,
or if “Mid-game Wily fortress passed” is checked, then the first four weapons
will be enabled, no matter what selections you make in the list.
As you can see, the password system for Mega Man III does not
record the number of Energy Tanks. You can, however, revisit levels and
collect some, if you need to.
This password generator is based on my own crack of the MMIII
Gameboy password system. The JavaScript code behind the generator was also
programmed by me, but I got some invaluable assistance from MMHP,
who let me use her MM2 password generator as model for this one.
